Stefan Reich

Business consultant in the fields of management leadership, organizational development and change management. Stefan has worked as a consultant and professor in the USA, Chile and Peru, among other countries, both in the public and private sector. Member of the Executive Committee of Enseña Perú, an NGO that focuses on improving the quality of education for Peruvian youth. In 2013, Stefan received an Eisenhower Fellowship awarded to emerging leaders worldwide. Stefan is the Director of the Adaptive Leadership Center of Peru and professor of postgraduate studies at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has a BA in History and Psychology from Alfred University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, specializing in Leadership. He received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a Postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard University School of Medicine, Cambridge Hospital.
