Sebastián Trujillo

Economist with 9 years of experience in the design and implementation of public policies. Sebastián has experience in economic policy and international negotiations. He was a member of the negotiating team for Colombia to become an OECD Member and has worked as Presidential Counselor for Economic Matters in Colombia. He began working as a financial consultant at Capital Advisory Partners, an Investment Banking firm in Colombia. Sebastián holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard with emphasis on adaptative leadership, through courses in this area and as an assistant professor to professors Ronald Heifetz and Farayi Chipungu. He has also been a professor of Leadership in Universidad de Los Andes. Sebastián is keen on understanding the impact of the political and economical environment to contribute to the making of decisions in public and private organizations.
