Paulo has participated in projects in Brasil and Latinamerica for organisations such as Vale, Nestlé, Natura, Oi, Itaú, Icatu, JCA Holding, British Gas, Gerdau, International Paper, L’Oréal, TV Globo, Sulamérica, White Martins, and Enel Green Power, among others. He is a specialist certified in Polarity Management, a methodology used internationally for the management of polarities in individuals, and in social and organizational systems. Paulo holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Education by Pontificia Universidad Católica in Chile and Universidad Autónoma in Barcelona. He obtained a degree in Philosophy by the Ateneo Regina Apostolorum in Roma, subsidiary of New York, USA. He holds a degree in communications from Pontificia Universidad Católica in Rio de Janeiro (1990). He is a Certified Coach by the Integral Coaching Canada (Foundation Module), and by the Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF), a resource used for development through levels of self-awareness.
