Experience in the design and implementation of interventions in the management and redesign of human resources, and change and transformation processes. Marian has 11 years of experience in consultancy, design, and implementation in the organizational development field, competence management models, and organizational climate and culture studies.
In the change management field, providing consultation in strategic actions, and in the organizational effectiveness field, leading processes for the design of organizational structures, management of human resource indicators, and talent retention strategies. She has a degree in psychology from Universidad Central de Chile and is certified in Human Capital Management by Adolfo Ibáñez University.
