Experience in interventions in leadership, teamwork, human resources management, and skill training, both in the design of programs and in their implementation. More than 10 years of experience in executive and organizational development, specializing in change management processes, organizational culture, inclusion and diversity, and human capital, including design and implementation of innovation strategies and programs, internal communications, team strengthening, work environment, and talent retention programs, with an emphasis on retail, mining and energy industries. Carola has a degree in Psychology from Universidad Central in Chile, she has a Family Mediator certification from the Carlos Casanueva Institute, and holds a Master’s degree in Development and Organizational Behavior from Diego Portales University. She is certified in Human Resources Management, graduated in Innovation Management and certified in Strategic Leadership by the University Adolfo Ibáñez.
