While I was working in Excellia (Centre of Excellence of Grupo Romero, Perú) I worked with CLA again in order to modify the corporative culture, evolving from a traditional one to one centered in innovation and digital transformation (…) The Culture Committee was created, we defined the purpose of the company, we revived the important cultural issues of the Group that are over a 100 years old, we removed some unwanted behaviors and added new ones, we defined our six principles and trained more than 25 mobilizers that have worked all around the organization.
